“In my role as a team-building pharmaceutical consultant, I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Marcia Willsie of Ezekiel’s Table. My job is to bring disparate corporate teams together and the final step in my approach is to use cooking in a real kitchen as the not-so-secret recipe for success. Marcia works with me to design a menu built specifically around team issues, which I’ve uncovered. Then things really start cooking in the kitchen at her amazing 300 year-old farm where Marcia provides cooking instructions and team members learn where their strengths and shortcomings lie as sous chefs and colleagues.
